Overhead aerial bundled cable with stranded aluminium conductors and XLPE insulation, single to quadruplex.
Aerial bundled cable replaces bare overhead conductors on low voltage distribution lines, cutting the risk of faults from contact, theft and storm damage. Stranded aluminium conductors (AAC or AAAC) are insulated with XLPE and twisted together in single, duplex, triplex or quadruplex formations with an optional bare or insulated messenger. Rated 0.6/1 kV and manufactured to IEC, ASTM, BS, ICEA, GB/T, NF C and SANS references, it is supplied on wooden or steel drums.
